Villalta is a small county in the province of Burgos ( Spain ). It was granted by the Spanish King Philip IV with a privilege on May 13, 1628 to Ottavio Corsetto from Palermo . Since Corsetto was childless, he appointed his nephew Ottavio Siracusa, the son of his only sister Porzia, as the universal heir, whose investiture is kept in the State Archives of Palermo (Fondo Protonotaro).
