The Virgin Islands Track & Field Federation (VITFF) is the athletics federation of the American Virgin Islands . It was founded in 1963 and is based in Christiansted ; current president is Ronald Russell.
VITFF represents the American Virgin Islands in the continental association NACAC , in the world umbrella organization IAAF and athletics in the national Virgin Islands Olympic Committee .
