Viscount Brouncker
Viscount Brouncker , of Lyons in the Province of Leinster , was a hereditary nobility title of the Peerage of Ireland .
Award and subordinate titles
The title was created on September 12, 1645 for the courtier Sir William Brouncker . Together with the Viscountcy he was, also in the Peerage of Ireland, the subordinate title Baron Brouncker , of Newcastle in the Province of Munster , bestowed.
The title expired on January 4, 1688 with the childless death of his younger son, the 3rd Viscount.
