Viscount Greenwood
Viscount Greenwood , of Holbourne in the County of London , was a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award and history of the title
The title was by Letters Patent on 16 February 1937 the politician of the Conservative Party , Thomas Greenwood, 1st Baron Greenwood created, the member of the House of Commons had been.
As early as February 8, 1915, he received the hereditary title of Baronet , of Onslow Gardens in the Royal Borough of Kensington in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom , and the hereditary title of Baron Greenwood , of, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom on August 31, 1929 Llanbister in the County of Radnor .
All three titles expired on July 7, 2003 with his younger son, the 3rd Viscount.
