Viscount Ullswater
Viscount Ullswater , of Campsea Ashe in the County of Suffolk , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on July 8, 1921 for the liberal politician James Lowther after he had resigned from the office of speaker of the House of Commons . He held this office for 15 years.
