The Vogt AG , based in Switzerland Oberdiessbach is a subsidiary of Swiss holding company Artum AG produces and maintains and products for fire brigades and emergency services. It fulfills individual customer requirements and also manufactures series products: from fire engines and fans to solutions for various extinguishing technologies.

history

In 1916, the Vogt brothers founded the mechanical workshop of the same name in Oberdiessbach. As early as the 1930s, the company was committed to the production of fire fighting equipment. In 1932 Vogt brought the first motorized fire brigade syringe and steel pipes for fire brigades onto the market. In 1962 the first fire engine left the Vogt workshops. The company then continued to develop its range of motorized syringes . In the 1990s, large mobile fans were added. In 2001 Vogt received the ISO 9001 certificate for the first time . From 2000 the company increasingly produced special vehicles for air and rail companies. As part of the succession plan in 2015 which took Artum AG to Vogt AG .
