Volker Wachter
Volker Wachter (born June 1, 1960 in Vacha ) is a German archivist and publicist in the field of films.
Wachter studied from 1984 to 1987 at the Potsdam Technical College for Archives. He then worked in the Thuringian State Archives in Meiningen . For a long time he has kept a private archive of supporting actors in film and is therefore a source for various publications and forms of publication. Since 1998 he has also been writing articles about actors for the press.
