Enforcement fee

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The execution fee is a fee for the remuneration of a notary who has also acted in connection with the sale of real estate and related business in the execution of the business.

The enforcement fee is regulated by law in Section 112 of the Court and Notary Fees Act. The amount of the fee depends, on the one hand, on the business value and, on the other hand, on whether the notary is only active in the execution of another notarized transaction, whether he has drawn up the draft of the agreement himself or has only certified the signature.

The execution fee occurs in addition to other fee events in connection with the transaction.
