The residential building Von-Werth-Straße 59 / Hansaring 20 in Cologne was built in 1886–1887 by the Düsseldorf architects Hubert Jacobs and Gottfried Wehling . It was built as a three-storey corner house with decorative gables in the style of historicism with Renaissance shapes. The facade had clinker cladding . The ornamental gables showed rolling and fittings in the style of the Dutch Renaissance. In 1972 the villa was demolished. An eight-story building was erected in the same place in 1973/74.
