The Vorarlberg Tobacco Museum is part of the Vorarlberg Museum World in the former company building of the Ganahl textile works (see: Johann Josef Ganahl ).

The exhibition shows the cultural history of tobacco (tobacco growing, processing, consumption), which was an important economic factor in Frastanz from the beginning of the 18th to the beginning / middle of the 19th century for agriculture and trade. The exhibits are largely collected from households in the Frastanz community and consist of tobacco pipes, snuff boxes and other smoking utensils. The exhibition is complemented by loans from over 150 exhibits from the former Austrian Tobacco Museum ( Vienna ).

In the summer months tobacco is planted for demonstration in the community park.
