CFe 4/4 is the name of the three railcars of the Wetzikon – Meilen-Bahn (WMB) that existed from 1903 to 1950 . The motor vehicles were built by the Schweizerische Industrie-Gesellschaft (SIG) and the Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon (MFO). Their length over the buffers was 14 m, their width 2.20 m and their maximum height 3.76 m. Their weight was 21 tons. They contained 18 seats each in the smoking and non-smoking compartments , 6 folding seats in the approx. 4 m² luggage compartment and 6 standing places on the rear platform. They were each equipped with 4 engines 900 V 70 HP and approved for a speed of 25 km / h.

No vehicle was preserved for posterity after it was discontinued in 1950.

The museum railcar No. 2, built in 1903, operated as CFZe 4/4 on the Trogenerbahn (TB) until 1975 . It was taken over by volunteers from the Zurich Tram Museum Association, as it was identical in design to the railcars of the Wetzikon – Meilen-Bahn . As a monument that can no longer be driven, it has been visible since 1992 in a mausoleum behind glass windows of the management building of the Zurichsee and Oberland transport companies in Grüningen , directly at the Grüningen Station bus stop .
