Wahid Saberi

Wahid Saberi (* Kabul ) is an Afghan singer.

He attended Habibia high school, where he already sang songs.

Career

Saberi began his career after leaving school in 1977 and was successful together with Farhad Darya in the Gorohe Baran group in the 1980s . During the civil war in Afghanistan he emigrated to Moscow and lived there for some time. Later went to India, where he recorded over 40 songs and was also successful as a soloist . He currently lives in Tashkent , Uzbekistan and works in India.
