The house Wallstraße 9 is a listed residential building in Hötensleben in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located in the western part of Hötensleben on the north side of Wallstrasse, only about 300 meters east of the former inner-German border.

History and architecture

The two-storey half-timbered house on the eaves was built after the fire in 1829. It rests on a raised base. A staircase leads to the front door in the middle of the street. The front door itself has two wings in Art Nouveau style. Above the door there is an inscription plaque referring to the fire on July 5, 1829. The house is covered with a crooked hip roof .

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 56134 .
