Walter Egger (moderator)
Walter Egger (born June 24, 1948 in Eberschwang , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian radio presenter, educator and dialect author.
Life
Walter Egger was a secondary school teacher and director in Eberschwang and worked as a radio presenter at ORF Upper Austria from 1982 until his retirement at the end of 2017 . He also moderates several folk music events. On the radio, Egger moderated the ORF morning pint and the programs G'sungen and g'spiel as well as musicians playing it on Radio Oberösterreich .
Egger is also the author of dialect books.
