Migrant camp

A traveling camp is operated by anyone who sells goods or services or trips from premises outside of their regular business premises or who accepts goods orders (restaurant, e.g. coffee trip ). Attention is drawn to the event by public announcement (newspaper, placarding, invitation those with the organizer not related), are allowed free gifts (goods or services) and contests, sweepstakes and lotteries are not announced. A traveling camp must be reported to the competent trade authority two weeks in advance in accordance with Section 56a of the Trade Regulations (GewO) if the event is to be publicly announced. Anyone who organizes a hiking camp must be in possession of a travel trade card .
