Wandering spider
As a wandering spider some spiders are called, which are characterized in that they catch prey without a spider's web, but loot freely and beyond also make no retreat. It is because of this instability that these spiders get this name. All spiders with the designation "wandering spider" in their name belong to the superfamily Lycosoidea . The following spiders have the designation in their name or are also titled as such:
