Washington Guadalupe is a Uruguayan politician .

Washington Guadalupe is an attorney. He is a member of the Partido Nacional . Within that he belonged in the 1960s the herreristischen wing Eduardo Víctor Haedos on. Guadalupe held a titular mandate as senator in the Cámara de Senadores in the 38th legislative period from February 18, 1959 to February 14, 1963 and again in the 39th and 40th legislative periods from April 2, 1963 to February 14, 1972 . Guadalupe, who holds a doctorate, has been the director of the daily newspaper El Debate, which is also dominant, since 1962 .
