Wat Bang Phli Yai Klang is not far from Wat Bang Phli Yai Nai on the northern bank of the Khlong Samrong in Tambon Bang Phli Yai.

The wat is known for its reclining Buddha, which is 53 meters long and hollow inside and can be visited by believers. The Buddha statue is called "Somdet Phra Sakayamuni Si Sumet Bophit" ( สมเด็จ พระ ศากย มุ ณี ศรี สุเมธ บพิตร ) by the locals .

Several religious representations can be found inside. The place where you can see Buddha's heart, which is decorated with gold leaf by the believers, is remarkable.
