Ways of research

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ways of Research (WdF) was the name of a renowned, interdisciplinary humanities book series that was initially published by Hermann Gentner Verlag in Bad Homburg and later by the Scientific Book Society in Darmstadt . The most important contributions from various authors from the history of research were compiled on a topic - mostly in chronological order. As a rule, the articles have already been published separately (e.g. in scientific journals); in some cases, however, they were also first-time publications. The series was published from 1956 to 1995 and comprised 657 volumes. The successor series launched by the publisher in 2000 is called New Ways of Research .
