Pasture crime

Grazing crime is the legal term for the unauthorized grazing of cattle or poultry on other people's property, which causes damage to the vegetation on this area. Cause field or crop damage. The term can already be found in the tables of the law of the Hammurabi .

The animal owner can be prosecuted under state law provisions in the FRG and is obliged to pay damages.
