The Weidenhof is a listed farm in Wechte, a district of the city of Lengerich in the Tecklenburger Land region ( Steinfurt district ) in the northern part of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia .

The main house of the Weidenhof was built in 1789 by Carl and Elfriede Bäumker. In addition to the main house, the Weidenhof also has a barn, a wine store and an adjoining house, which is now used as a warehouse. The bakery is the oldest building of Weidenhofs with almost 500 years. The main house is a half-timbered house in the typical longitudinal deelen house construction, the bakehouse is equipped with steep lugs and partially covered headbands .

The old willow behind the former residential building gave the Weidenhof its name and is a contemporary witness of many events. The traces of a fire from 1967 can still be seen on the bark of the willow.

The Weidenhof is located between Tecklenburg , Ladbergen , Lengerich , Saerbeck and Ibbenbüren . Today it is used as an organic farm and health food store .
