Weinwartshof

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Weinwartshof is a former manor on the eastern edge of Muckendorf on the Danube .

The Meierhof, located in the middle of an extensive park, whose main building is now a castle-like structure, goes back to the fief of the farm in "Weinwerd", which the Knights Matseber owned from 1390 to 1501 and which was converted into a permanent house around 1421. At the beginning of the 19th century, the castle, of which only the eastern part has survived, was twice as large as it is today. In the 1961 census, Weinwartshof with 2 houses and 20 residents was identified as part of Muckendorf.
