Welschnonnen Church

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Welschnonnen churches are called those religious churches that belonged to the early settlements of the formerly so-called Welschnonnen , i.e. the Augustinian choir women. Today the Welschnonnen churches in Mainz and Trier still bear this name . In the past, a church in Bonn , which today profanedly belongs to the Reuter barracks , was also called this.
