Wenceslas workshop
With Wenzel workshop called art historians the name usually not or unsure known seven or more illuminators that from 1390 to 1400 for King Wenceslas IV . of Bohemia wrote and painted the Wenceslas Bible and other books.
The masters of the Wenceslas workshop will, according to the parts they illustrate, e.g. B. Balaam-Meister or Ruth-Meister , one also suspects that a large part of the work comes from a painter named Frana (Franz / Frantisek).
