Werner Zezula

Werner Zezula (born October 24, 1941 ) is a former Austrian table tennis player .

Career

Werner Zezula played in the 1950s and 1960s for various Austrian clubs, for example in Vienna, at NÖ Energie and TTC Sonni. He won bronze with the Austrian team at the European Youth Championships in 1959 in Constanza. In the adults he won three medals at the national Austrian championships , 1962 silver in doubles with Reinhard Engel and gold in mixed with Linda Wertl , 1963 gold in doubles with Reinhard Engel.

In 1963 he was nominated for the world championship , but did not come close to medal ranks.
