Value creation process

The term value creation process is used in business organizational literature e.g. Sometimes used synonymously with process organization or process in order to emphasize the focus on value creation as the central goal of entrepreneurial activity.

A value-added process is the purposeful creation or alteration of a property or service through a series of logically connected value activities, with the aim of a company or network-related value are carried out to achieve within a time period and according to certain rules.

In addition to the value -added architecture and structure, the value-added processes represent the third element of the value-added-oriented organizational design.
