Value creation structure

The term value creation structure is used in business organizational literature e.g. Sometimes used synonymously with organizational structure or structure in order to emphasize the focus on value creation as the central goal of entrepreneurial activity.

The value creation structure includes all permanent regulations that assign tasks, competencies and responsibilities to positions and job majorities. Essential characteristics are individual structural elements, the so-called organizational units , and their relationships to one another, in particular their hierarchical superiority and subordination ( hierarchy ).

In addition to the value creation architecture and the value creation processes , the value creation structure represents the third element of the value creation oriented organizational design.
