The Western Canadian Place (alternatively: Husky Oil Building) is a skyscraper complex consisting of two office buildings in Calgary , Alberta , Canada . The buildings reach heights of 164 and 128 meters and were completed in 1983. The buildings were designed by Cohos Evamy architects. The building is owned and operated by GWL Realty . The buildings are connected to the Calgary Skywalk.
The Canadian energy company Husky Energy has rented its headquarters and the largest office space in the building. Another major tenant is the US energy company Apache Corporation , which operates its office in Canada.
