WikiTimeScale
WikiTimeScale is a wiki for the graphic and interactive representation of historical personalities, historical events or other historical topics on a time scale . The associated wiki software was written in PHP , uses a MySQL database and is free software under the GNU General Public License . All text is licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License . The current version 2.41 was developed in early 2006 . The timescale images generated by WikiTimeScale can be used at will (e.g. for presentations) as long as the copyright is recognizable and clearly stated (e.g. by keeping the automatically generated copyright text in the image).
WikiTimeScale is currently available in English , German , Dutch and Chinese . WikiTimeScale was named as one of "Ten Innovative Wikis" in the book Wikis for Dummies .
