Wiktar Rapinski
Wiktar Rapinski (born June 17, 1981 ) is a former Belarusian cyclist .
Wiktar Rapinski became the Belarusian time trial champion in 2001. He then joined the Saturn Cycling Team . In his first year he won five stages at the International Cycling Classic and was able to win the overall ranking. In 2004 he drove for Navigators Insurance for a year before moving to the Swiss ProTeam Phonak in 2005 .
