Wilhelm Becker (District Administrator)

Hans Wilhelm Becker (* 1886 ; † after 1933) was a Prussian district administrator .

During his studies Becker became a member of the Association of German Students in Strasbourg . After graduating, he became a court trainee in 1909 and after the First World War he worked for the provincial potato agency in Magdeburg. He was temporarily a member of the DDP .

In 1921 Becker was initially appointed provisional, then finally as district administrator of the Mansfeld mountain district of the Merseburg administrative district of the Prussian province of Saxony and successor to Dr. Otto Bormann . After the National Socialists came to power, he was given leave of absence on April 6, 1933 and had to leave his office to Paul Weg .
