The Gronbach GmbH is an international provider or system supplier of metal fittings and surface finishes, headquartered in Wasserburg am Inn, Upper Bavaria. The company develops and manufactures different metal geometries from aluminum and stainless steel and offers surface finishes using anodising, powder coating, screen printing, pad printing and etching technologies. In addition, plastic injection molding technology and the back molding of metal foils, glass and metals are part of their portfolio in the metal industry. The company employs around 300 people at the site (as of 2017). history
The company was founded on an invention by Wilfried Gronbach. 50 years ago he had the idea to develop an innovative freezer hinge, for which he applied for a patent, which was followed by others. From this point on, the further success story of Gronbach began, which has manifested itself in a wide variety of industries in industrial metal processing. In addition to metalworking methods, Gronbach also focuses on the development and construction of complete OEM devices in the household industry or is established by the partner companies located there.
Products
Another business area of Gronbach is the refinement of surfaces made of aluminum and stainless steel. The relevant components are manufactured in the independent anodizing plant in Wasserburg am Inn. In addition, the company is in charge of the development and manufacture of fan wheels and turbines that are produced without imbalance. The latest technologies are used in our own flow laboratory.
