Wilhelm Osterburg (* in the 19th century; † in the 20th century) was a German politician ( KPD ).

Osterburg was a proofreader in Halle / Saale. On October 20, 1919 he was elected to the unpaid city council of Halle. He is said to have been involved in the theft of a city coal car for arms-shoving. He did not appear on duty since April 2, 1921. When the trial opened at the end of April, it was considered volatile until mid-May 1922 (he must have gone to Sweden). On July 7, 1921, he put down his seat on the city council in writing. On November 9, 1921, the Merseburg District Committee dismissed him after formal disciplinary proceedings.

The Provincial Parliament of the Province of Saxony elected him to the Prussian State Council in May 1921 . He was a member of the State Council until November 6, 1921. Otto Förster became his successor in the State Council .
