Wilhelm Wiesand
Albert Moritz Wilhelm Wiesand (* July 17, 1860 ; †?) Was a Prussian district administrator .
Life
He is the son of District Administrator Georg Wilhelm Wiesand on Zwethau . He studied in Bonn and became a member of the Corps Palatia there in 1879 . In 1892 he was briefly employed as district administrator for the district of Beuthen . In 1893 he became provisional district administrator for the district of Torgau in the administrative district of Merseburg in the province of Saxony and successor to his father. In 1894 he finally took over this office, which he administered until 1919.
