1This episode is twice as long as a regular episode. Two episodes were cut together for the premiere and broadcast together. On February 29, 2016, Disney XD aired both of them as regular episodes. The first episode keeps the same title as on the first broadcast (German: Seltsamageddon 3: Gravity Falls belongs to us! ), The second episode is called Weirdmageddon 4: Somewhere in the Woods (German: Seltsamageddon 4: In the woods ).
- In the run-up to the broadcast of the series finale, Disney XD presented a behind-the-scenes special entitled Between the Pines on February 8, 2016 . The half-hour broadcast is moderated by Zeit-Baby, a character from the series. The inventor of the series, Alex Hirsch, answers questions, makes comments and gives out exclusive information.
- On March 26, 2016, Disney XD broadcast another behind-the-scenes special with the same title after the series finale aired . The special was not shot separately, but has the same content as the first special. Only some animation sequences were exchanged with those from the finale. Alex Hirsch only found out about the existence of the second special version when the program was announced.
