Windmill Meßlingen
The windmill is a listed secular building in Meßlingen , a district of Petershagen in the Minden-Lübbecke district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
History and architecture
The mill stands on a courtyard, it is an octagonal , curved gallery Dutchman clad with wooden shingles . It stands on a solid base and is equipped with flap and sail blades. The building was erected around 1843 and restored in the fourth quarter of the 20th century. The hood can be rotated with the help of two compass roses.
