Winfried Bach

Winfried Bach (* before 1957) is a German sociologist .

Bach studied social sciences and received his doctorate in Osnabrück in 1979 . He was a professor and, until 2007, the last rector of the Catholic University of Applied Sciences in Northern Germany , which was merged into the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and the Vechta University of Applied Sciences .

In 1995 he was invested in the Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem .
