Economic administration
The economic administration primarily comprises the administration of the income and expenditure of the public sector from an economic point of view. It is strictly bound by the applicable legal provisions, but expediency , profitability , effectiveness and yield also play a decisive role. The personal assessment of the responsible persons plays a role in the interpretation of the legal provisions so that the guiding principle of the regulations, a successful activity, can be implemented. Private law organized business enterprises of the public sector are not included.
- For example, the economic administration includes the forest administration - it manages the forest and thus the state assets , on the other hand it also belongs to the regulatory administration . The term is therefore ideal and fluent.
- Procurement offices are a typical example
