Knowledge workshops are an instrument of knowledge management for the exchange of experience between companies that come from different industries, or for teams within a company with different fields of activity ("creative knowledge workshops").

Knowledge workshops are intended to promote cooperative learning through experience by offering a forum for exchanging experiences and thus optimizing the use of empirical knowledge.
