Vyacheslav Alexeyevich Nikonov
Vyacheslav Alexejewitsch Nikonow ( Russian Вячеслав Алексеевич Никонов ; born June 5, 1956 in Moscow ) is a Russian politician. He is a grandson of the former Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov and the politician Polina Schemchuschina . Nikonov has been a member of the Duma since 1993 , and he also heads the Russki Mir Foundation . He is an honorary doctor from the University of Edinburgh .
