The Wodantal spring is a masonry-enclosed spring in the Wodantal on Elfringhauser Straße in Hattingen . The water flows from the well room a few meters further into the Heierbergsbach . The water is of good quality. Visitors to the spring often fill up water bottles here. The property owner is Dieter Zarges. He does not believe in the rumored healing and rejuvenating effects. Possibly it is a tunnel drainage. The source is on the Obersprockhövel hiking trail .
