architecture

It is a two and a half storey plastered building (rough plaster) with three axes under a modified mansard roof . Symmetrical facade structure emphasizing the central axis by means of a triple-broken bay window and a tail gable that spans almost the entire width of the house . The symmetry is only interrupted by the house entrance on the left. The offset basement plinth, the imitation of cuboids ( joint cut ) on the ground floor and a simple stucco framing that combine both floors convey a horizontal structure .

The axially stacked windows on the two main floors are designed as uniform vertical rectangles with profiled sills and a narrow plaster frame. The side windows flanking the center window of the bay are narrower in the same design. The gable field is opened by two similarly narrowly formulated vertical rectangular windows and a French window in the middle that gives access to the balcony in front . The flat coated Stuckornamentik, more striking in part only in the form of plaster fields (tympanum) is based on shapes of the Nouveau and is limited to parapet jewelry and profiled Abschlussgesimse . The building was completed in October 1909.
