The residential building Avenida da República, nº 23 is a three-story residential building in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon .

It was built in 1913 according to plans by the architect Miguel Nogueira Júnior in a corner location at the intersection of Avenida da República and Avenida João Crisóstomo . The client was José dos Santos.

Nogueira was awarded the Prémio Valmor for his design of the building in 1913 . Since September 29, 1977 it has been classified as a Valor Concelhio .
