The half-timbered house is in the Gartenstrasse in Calvörde and has a mansard roof . The half-timbered building was built in the late 18th century and has been reshaped many times over the centuries. Despite the reshaping, the half-timbered house is still a defining building in Gartenstrasse along its entire length. The residential building is an upscale farm bourgeoisie (comparable to Neustadtstrasse 3 ) and is relatively narrow, but large.
