This half-timbered house is on Neustadtstrasse not far from the market square of Calvörde . The building is part of a stately arable farm and is comparatively, in terms of development, like the half-timbered houses on the church square around St. George's Church . The building was built in the late 18th century and is a two-story half-timbered building with a mansard roof . The house consists of two spatially separated and symmetrical single houses and was completely renovated around the year 2000. Today there are small rental apartments in both parts .
