Wolfgang Hermann (politician)

Wolfgang Hermann (born November 4, 1944 in Breslau ) is a German politician ( FDP ). From 2003 to 2008 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

After graduating from secondary school in 1962, Hermann did an apprenticeship as a vehicle electrician, and from 1968 to 1971 he was a journeyman vehicle mechanic. In 1971 he received the master craftsman's certificate. He has been a self-employed master car mechanic since 1971. Until 2003 he was an honorary judge at the Labor Court in Göttingen and at the Finance Court in Hanover.

From March 2003 to January 2008, Wolfgang Hermann was a member of the Lower Saxony State Parliament for the Northeim constituency . He was spokesman for the FDP parliamentary group for economy, work, transport, technology and tourism. He was also a full member of the Committee on Economy, Labor and Transport and an alternate member of the Committee on Rural Areas, Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.
