Wolfgang Kwiecinski

Wolfgang Kwiecinski (born November 23, 1893 in Celle ; † February 26, 1963 in Hanover ) was a Lower Saxony politician ( DP ), member of the Lower Saxony state parliament , member of the appointee Lower Saxony state parliament and member of the appointee Hanover state parliament .

Kwiecinski attended the upper secondary school in Hanover and began a commercial apprenticeship after graduating from school. Subsequently, he began working for several years in an employment relationship. Between 1914 and 1918 he was a participant in the First World War. After the war he worked as a journalist and editor as well as a publisher from 1919.

Political party

Kwiecinski was a member of the German-Hanoverian Party (DHP) between 1911 and 1933 . After the end of the Second World War , in 1945 he co-founded the Lower Saxony State Party (NLP). This was replaced in 1947 by the German Party (DP).

Public offices

From 1945 to 1948 Kwiecinski was a member of the council of the state capital Hanover for the NLP. From August 23, 1946 to October 29, 1946 he was a member of the appointed Hanover State Parliament. Here he was secretary and chairman of the submission committee. Kwiecinski was appointed a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from December 9, 1946 to March 28, 1947. Here he became chairman of the committee for submissions. In the first and second electoral periods he was elected a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from April 20, 1947 to May 5, 1955. He was chairman of the committee for submissions from October 17, 1947 to October 4, 1948. Since March 28, 1951, he was a member of the DP / CDU parliamentary group.
