Wolfgang Mattes

Wolfgang Mattes is a German educator and textbook author.

Mattes is head of education and didactics at the state study seminar for teaching at secondary schools in Trier and was a teacher at the Ludwig-Simon secondary school in Trier until summer 2010. He was one of the authors of the history book from ... bis (Schöningh Verlag) and, together with Hans-Jürgen Lendzian, is the publisher of the history book Times and People (Schöningh Verlag).
