Wolfi, Anja and the tiger gang
Wolfi, Anja & die Tigerbande are the live band of the TV program of the ARD Tigerenten Club . The band around Wolfi Rieder , Anja Krabbe and Albi Hefele has existed since 1996 and was the first band for children to be successful with modern sounds (techno-rap-pop arrangements) in the children's area. The band is still on tour.
history
The music teacher Wolfi Rieder was commissioned to compose a title song for the broadcast ARD-Tigerentenclub . At the same time as the song "Welcome to the Club" he founded the band Wolfi, Anja and the Tiger Gang , some of which are also listed as Wolfi, Anja & Die Gang . They have since had several hundred performances and sold over 500,000 discs. Other employees are:
- Albi Hefele, band leader of the LE Bigband,
- Anja Krabbe , former singer with Udo Lindenberg and
- Derek von Krogh, keyboard player for Nena .
Contributor to the third album "Flanke, Schuss und Tor" (football songs for the European Championship) is Ray Dorset (aka Mungo Jerry ).
