Wolfram Eilerts is a German religious educator in Mannheim and lives in Oftersheim . In 1996 he received his doctorate from the Heidelberg University of Education . Today Eilerts is rector of the Mannheim welfare school and deputy head of the Mannheim Children's Academy .
